In coordination with the Department of Labor’s National Apprenticeship Week, the Carpenter Training Center hosted two nights of information about the Carpentry Apprenticeship. Both nights started off with tours of our facility, a presentation of what it takes to become a carpenter, information on how to get into the program, and finished off with a question & answer period. The highlight of each night was Craig Bonislawski (3rd year Apprentice) & William Warfield (Journeyman) talking about their journey and sharing their experiences going through the program. Over 225 people attended our Open House and were provided with all the information needed about how to get into the Carpentry trade. A special Thank You goes out to all of our Apprentice and Journeymen volunteers that helped out with the tours and answering all of the questions they were asked.
